  • 8 slices sourdough bread
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 3 tablespoons capers
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
