  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

    Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown ground beef, breaking it up, for 5 to 7 minutes.

    Return beef to the skillet and add diced tomatoes with their juice.
