Ingredients (serves 4)
- 4 slices Bacon
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 4 Potato
- 4 cups Chicken Stock
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Scallion
- Salt
- Black Pepper

Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 7 to 8 minutes.
