BBQ Bacon Burgers 🍔
Sweet smoky barbecue sauce, crispy bacon, and cheddar over a charred beef patty, a backyard cookout in every bite.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1.5 lbs ground beef
- 8 slices bacon
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 red onion
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

Cook the bacon in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat until crisp, about 8 minutes, then drain.

Slice the red onion into thick rings. Shape the beef into 4 dimpled patties and season with salt and pepper.

Cook the patties over medium-high heat, 4 minutes on the first side.
