Teriyaki Salmon and Broccoli 🥦
Glossy teriyaki glazed salmon with charred broccoli florets, a takeout-worthy dinner off one pan in under half an hour.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1.5 lb salmon
- 1 head broccoli
- 0.25 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Heat the oven to 400°F and line a sheet pan with foil.

Simmer the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a small pan 3 minutes until slightly thickened.

Cut the broccoli into florets and toss with olive oil on one side of the pan.

Place four salmon fillets on the other side and brush generously with the glaze.
