Ginger Soy Chicken Stir-Fry 🍗
Tender chicken and crisp vegetables tossed in a bright ginger-soy sauce over rice, a weeknight stir-fry thats faster and better than takeout.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1.25 lbs Chicken Breast
- 3 cups Jasmine Rice
- 2 cups Broccoli
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 1 Carrot
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoon Ginger
- 0.5 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Cook jasmine rice according to package directions.

Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes. Chop broccoli into florets and cut bell pepper and carrot into bite-sized pieces.

Whisk soy sauce with minced garlic, ginger, and cornstarch in a small bowl.

Heat sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry for 5 minutes until mostly cooked.
