Ingredients (serves 4)

- 2 cups Jasmine Rice
- 0.75 cup soy sauce
- 0.25 cup mirin
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Ginger
- 2 Scallion
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
