Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire
  • Thyme
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Brown Rice

    Slice steak thinly against the grain. Slice bell peppers and onion into strips.

    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until very hot. Working in batches, sear steak strips 1-2 minutes per side, then set aside.
