Pan Seared Sirloin with Asparagus and Garlic 🍗

- 4 sirloin steaks
- 1.5 lb asparagus
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper

Pat steaks dry and season generously with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat until very hot. Sear steaks for 4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Transfer to a plate.
