  • 1.5 lb salmon
  • 1 lb asparagus
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

    Heat the oven to 400°F and line a sheet pan with foil.

    Snap the woody ends off the asparagus and toss the spears with olive oil, salt, and pepper on one side of the pan.
