Cilantro Lime Chicken Thighs 🌮

Ingredients (serves 4)
- 8 chicken thigh
- 0.5 cup cilantro
- 3 limes
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp honey

Whisk the juice of 2 limes with 2 tablespoons olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, honey, half the chopped cilantro, 1 teaspoon salt, and 0.5 teaspoon pepper.

Toss the chicken thighs in the marinade and let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
