  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 lb green beans
  • 2 lemons
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoons rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons thyme
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock

    Toss green beans with 1 tablespoon butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
