Garlic Parmesan Wings 🍗
Crispy baked wings tossed in garlicky melted butter and a snowfall of Parmesan, the sleeper hit of every wing night.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Heat the oven to 425°F and set a wire rack over a rimmed baking sheet.

Pat the wings dry, toss with baking powder, salt, and pepper, and spread on the rack skin side up.

Bake 40 to 45 minutes, flipping halfway, until deeply golden and crisp.

While the wings bake, mince the garlic and melt it with the butter in a small pan over low heat for 2 minutes, do not brown it.
