  • 0.75 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 0.5 cup chicken stock
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • salt and black pepper

    Pat the chops dry and season with salt and pepper. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    Sear the chops 4 minutes per side until golden and nearly cooked through, then move to a plate.

    Cook the minced garlic in the same pan for 30 seconds, then pour in the stock and scrape up the browned bits.
