  • 6 cups corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme
