Ingredients (serves 4)

- 6 slices bacon
- 4 oz blue cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 red onion
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 lemon
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
