Ingredients (serves 4)
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 0.5 tsp cayenne
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 lemon
- 0.5 tsp salt

Stir the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, cayenne, and salt together on a plate.

Pat the tilapia dry, brush with 1 tbsp melted butter, and press both sides into the spice mix.

Heat the remaining butter in a 12-inch cast iron skillet over medium-high until it stops foaming.
