Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 lemons
  • 8 sprigs fresh dill
  • 2 cups asparagus
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Tear off four 12-inch sheets of parchment paper.

    Place a salmon fillet in the center of each parchment sheet. Top with lemon slices, dill sprigs, asparagus, carrots, and garlic.
