Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon 🍯
Seared salmon lacquered in a sticky sweet garlic glaze that comes together in one skillet.

- 4 salmon fillets
- 4 tbsp honey
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes
- 0.25 tsp black pepper

Pat the salmon dry and season with black pepper.

Whisk the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, juice of half the lemon, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.

Heat the olive oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high and sear the salmon skin side up for 4 minutes.

Flip the fillets and cook 2 minutes more.
