  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup vegetable stock
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 scallions
  • Red pepper flakes

    Heat vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Arrange pot stickers in a single layer, flat side down.
