Vegetable Pot Sticker Skillet 🥟
Pan-fried pot stickers filled with vegetables, served with crispy bottoms and a warm dipping sauce.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 24 vegetable pot stickers
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup vegetable stock
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 2 scallions

Heat vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Arrange pot stickers in a single layer, flat side down.

Cook 2 minutes until bottoms are golden.

Pour in vegetable stock, cover skillet, and reduce heat to medium. Steam 6 minutes until pot stickers are heated through.

Uncover and cook another minute to evaporate liquid.

Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and ginger for dipping sauce. Garnish pot stickers with sliced scallions and serve with sauce.
