  • 1 can black beans
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 onion
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 0.25 cup cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper
