Steak and Eggs 🥩

Ingredients (serves 2)
- 2 6-oz steaks
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Remove steaks from refrigerator 10 minutes before cooking. Pat dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper.

Heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat until very hot. Place steaks in the skillet and cook without moving for 3 minutes.

Flip steaks and cook for another 3 minutes for medium-rare.

Transfer steaks to a plate and let rest for 3 minutes.

In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Crack eggs into the pan and cook until whites are set and yolks are still runny, about 3 minutes.
