Breakfast Hash with Fried Egg 🍴
Crispy pan-fried potatoes and bacon topped with a runny-yolked fried egg, a hearty morning meal that comes together in one skillet.

- 3 Eggs
- 6 slices Bacon
- 2 medium Potato
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 1/2 Onion
- 3 tablespoons Butter
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Paprika

Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crispy, about 8 minutes. Remove, crumble, and set aside.

Add diced potatoes and onion to the skillet with 2 tablespoons butter and cook without stirring for 5 minutes until potatoes brown on bottom.

Stir and continue cooking for another 5 minutes until potatoes are crispy and mostly tender, then add bell pepper and cook for 3 minutes.

Push hash to the sides of the skillet, add remaining 1 tablespoon butter to the center, crack eggs into the space, and fry until whites are set and yolks are still runny, about 3 minutes.
