Steak and Eggs Skillet Dinner 🥩
Perfectly seared steak sliced thin and finished with crispy eggs in the same pan, a paleo favorite that doubles as comfort food.

- 1 lb steak
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion
- 2 cups mushrooms
- Thyme
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Garlic

Season steak generously with salt and pepper. Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat with 1 tbsp butter until sizzling.

Sear steak 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, then transfer to a cutting board to rest.

Add remaining butter to the pan. Slice the onion and mushrooms, cook them until golden, about 5-6 minutes.

Push vegetables to the sides, crack eggs into the center of the skillet. Cook until yolks are set to your liking, 3-4 minutes.
