Sirloin with Black Pepper 🥩
Tender sliced beef with abundant black pepper and garlic sauce, Thai simplicity at its finest.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1.25 lb sirloin steak
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon palm sugar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 scallions
- jasmine rice for serving

Slice sirloin thinly against the grain, about 1/4 inch thick. Mince garlic.

Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add garlic and cook for 20 seconds until fragrant.

Add beef slices in a single layer and cook without stirring for 2 minutes until seared. Toss and cook for 1 more minute.
