Garlic Pork Stir-Fry 🐷
Thin-sliced pork with abundant garlic and black pepper, simple, garlicky, and surprisingly addictive over rice.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1.25 lb pork tenderloin
- 8 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon palm sugar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3 scallions
- jasmine rice for serving

Slice pork tenderloin very thinly, about 1/4 inch. Mince garlic finely.

Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
