Shrimp Alfredo Pasta 🍤
Plump seared shrimp folded into creamy parmesan fettuccine for a restaurant-worthy dinner in under half an hour.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 lb shrimp
- 12 oz fettuccine
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
- 1 1/4 cups grated parmesan
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt

Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente, about 11 minutes, then drain, saving 1 cup pasta water.

Pat peeled shrimp dry and season with paprika and salt.

Sear shrimp in 1 tbsp butter in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high, 2 minutes per side until pink and curled, then set aside.
