Pulled Pork Nachos 🧀
Crispy chips stacked with smoky BBQ pulled pork, melted cheddar, and cool crema, a full-on nacho dinner.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- 3/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 red onion
- 1 jalapeño
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1 lime

Slice the pork tenderloin into 1-inch chunks and simmer covered with 1/2 cup water in a skillet for 15 minutes until tender.

Shred the pork with two forks, stir in the BBQ sauce, and keep warm over low heat.

Heat the oven to 400°F and spread the chips on a large sheet pan.
