Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 10 oz chow mein noodles
  • 1 lb pork tenderloin
  • 2 cups cabbage
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 4 scallions
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

    Cook chow mein noodles according to package directions. Drain well.

    Slice pork into thin strips. Cut cabbage into shreds and slice bell pepper.

    Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Cook pork for 4-5 minutes until cooked through. Remove to a plate.

    Add remaining oil. Stir-fry cabbage and bell pepper for 3 minutes until tender-crisp.

    Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Return pork to skillet along with cooked noodles.
