Pork Chow Mein 🍜
Tender pork and springy noodles wok-tossed with stir-fried vegetables and a savory soy sauce, comfort in a bowl.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 10 oz chow mein noodles
- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- 2 cups cabbage
- 1 bell pepper
- 4 scallions
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Cook chow mein noodles according to package directions. Drain well.

Slice pork into thin strips. Cut cabbage into shreds and slice bell pepper.

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Cook pork for 4-5 minutes until cooked through. Remove to a plate.

Add remaining oil. Stir-fry cabbage and bell pepper for 3 minutes until tender-crisp.

Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Return pork to skillet along with cooked noodles.

Drizzle soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil over noodles. Toss for 2-3 minutes. Top with sliced scallions and serve.
