  • 2 apples

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 0.5 cup apple juice
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

    Season the chops with salt, pepper, and thyme. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
