  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 slices sourdough
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

    Slice the mushrooms and mince the garlic.

    Cook the mushrooms in 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat, undisturbed at first, 6 to 8 minutes until browned. Stir in garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper for the last minute.
