- 4 tbsp butter
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1.5 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan
- 0.5 tsp black pepper

Boil the spaghetti in well-salted water until al dente, about 9 minutes. Reserve 1 cup pasta water, then drain.
