  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2.5 cups milk
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
