Grilled Steak with Chimichurri 🥩
Charred juicy steak draped in a bright garlicky herb sauce that wakes up every bite.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 2 lbs steak
- 1 cup parsley
- 4 cloves garlic
- 0.5 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper

Finely chop the parsley and garlic, then stir together with the olive oil, red wine, vinegar, red pepper flakes, oregano, and 0.5 teaspoon of the salt. Let the chimichurri sit while you cook.

Pat the steak dry and season generously with the remaining salt and the pepper.

Heat a grill to high, about 500°F, until screaming hot.

Grill the steak 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium-rare, 130°F inside.
