  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

    Mix the brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Rub the pork with olive oil, then press the rub all over.
