Grilled Pork Tenderloin 🍖

- 2 lbs pork tenderloin
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper

Trim the silverskin from the tenderloins and pat dry.

Mix the brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Rub the pork with olive oil, then press the rub all over.

Heat a grill to medium-high, about 450°F, with a cooler zone on one side.

Sear the tenderloins over direct heat for 2 minutes per side, 8 minutes total, to build a crust.
