  • 8 cups mixed greens
  • 2 apples
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 red onion
  • 0.25 cup maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
