Garlic Parmesan Chicken 🧄

Ingredients (serves 4)
- 4 chicken breast
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 0.75 cup Parmesan
- 6 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp parsley
- salt and black pepper

Slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally and season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat and cook the cutlets 4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Move to a plate.

Melt the butter over medium heat and cook the minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant but not browned.
