  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 5 tbsp butter
  • 12 oz mozzarella
  • 8 oz sausage
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan

    Stir yeast and sugar into 3/4 cup warm water and let foam 5 minutes, then mix with flour, cornmeal, salt, and 4 tbsp melted butter.
