  • 1 onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

    Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and cook 4 minutes until soft.
