Ingredients (serves 4)
- 2 sheets puff pastry
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion
- 2 cups mushrooms
- 2 carrots
- 2 potatoes
- 1 cup peas
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1.5 cups vegetable stock
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon thyme

Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut onion, mushrooms, carrots, and potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
