Corn Chowder 🌽
Sweet corn and tender potatoes in a creamy, buttery broth, the kind of chowder that makes a plain Tuesday feel special.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 4 cups frozen corn
- 1 lb potatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 stalks celery
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups vegetable stock
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 2 scallions

Dice the onion, celery, and potatoes into small cubes.
