Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 3 cups jasmine rice
  • 2 cups cabbage
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp gochujang paste
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 2 scallions
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

    Preheat oven to 375°F.

    Chop cabbage into bite-size pieces.

    Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and cook 30 seconds.
