Honey Butter Chicken Thighs 🧈

Ingredients (serves 4)
- 8 chicken thigh
- 4 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp honey
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and black pepper

Pat the chicken thighs dry and season both sides with paprika, salt, and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat and sear the thighs 6 minutes on the first side until golden.

Flip and cook 5 minutes more until the chicken reaches 175°F, then move to a plate.

Lower the heat to medium and melt the butter with the minced garlic, stirring for 30 seconds.
