- 4 bell peppers
- 1 onion
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cauliflower rice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano

Preheat oven to 375 °F and halve bell peppers lengthwise, removing seeds and stems.

Brown ground turkey with diced onion in a large skillet over high heat, about 6 minutes.
