  • 3 onions
  • 6 slices swiss cheese
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup beef stock
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

    Slice the onions thin and cook in butter in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat, stirring often, until deeply golden, about 20 minutes.
