  • 6 slices bacon
  • 8 oz penne
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp ranch dressing
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 scallions
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
