Brown Sugar Glazed Ham Steaks 🍖
Thick ham steaks seared and glossed with a buttery brown sugar glaze, holiday flavor on a Tuesday night in 20 minutes.

- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 0.25 tsp black pepper

Pat the ham steaks dry with paper towels so they sear instead of steam.

Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat and brown the ham steaks 3 minutes per side. Work in batches if needed.

Lower the heat to medium and add the remaining butter, brown sugar, dijon, maple syrup, and pepper to the pan.
