Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry Rice Bowl 🍚
Quick-seared beef strips tossed with crispy broccoli in a savory soy glaze, the takeout classic you can make at home in 20 minutes.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1.25 lbs beef sirloin
- 1 lb broccoli florets
- 0.33 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Jasmine Rice
- Sesame oil

Cook jasmine rice according to package directions.

Slice beef thinly against the grain. Make sauce by whisking soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, ginger, and garlic.

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Stir-fry beef in batches for 2-3 minutes until browned, then set aside.

Add broccoli to the same pan with 2 tbsp water, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.

Return beef to the pan, pour sauce over everything, toss for 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens.
