  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 4 slices bread
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

    Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add thinly sliced onion and cook slowly until golden, about 8 minutes.
