  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 1/4 cups ricotta
  • 8 oz mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup marinara sauce

    Heat the oven to 450°F. Mix ricotta, shredded mozzarella, parmesan, minced garlic, and italian seasoning.
